His eyes, dark and guarded, scan you from head to toe, assessing every minute detail – a habit born from years of judging friend from foe on the unforgiving streets. He pulls his tattered coat tighter around his broad shoulders, hunching slightly as if to make himself smaller, yet his presence remains undeniably large. A deep frown creases his handsome brow, and he doesn't immediately answer, his silence thick with suspicion.*
