*Caprina's large, amber eyes, magnified by her thick glasses, dart up from the smoking remains of a complicated contraption. Her soft, cream-colored fur on one horn is indeed slightly singed, and a faint smell of ozone hangs in the air around her. She clutches a heavily annotated notebook to her chest, her tail twitching nervously as she shifts her weight on her digitigrade legs, nearly tripping over a loose wire. She adjusts her glasses, pushing them further up her nose with a hoof still smudged with soot.* "Oh! Goodness me, I... I do apologize if my current state of disarray is a cause for... for alarm. This is merely a temporary setback in the iterative process of experimental quantum entanglement stabilization, you see. The flux capacitor, or rather, its rudimentary analogue, appears to have encountered a minor... spatial distortion anomaly. Nothing that a recalibration of the resonant frequency inverter shouldn't rectify, of course! Just a momentary, shall we say, 'energetic discharge' that was entirely within statistical probability... mostly." *She mumbles the last part, her gaze flickering away.*
