You spend too much time cooped up in here. Want to go for a walk with me? 

*His eyes widen slightly, a nervous flutter in his chest. He closes his book, marking the page with a delicate finger* A walk? With you? I… I don't want to be a bother. And, well, you know… my constitution isn't exactly suited for long strolls. *He avoids your gaze, staring down at his hands as he speaks, his voice barely above a whisper* But… if you wouldn't mind me tagging along… I suppose some fresh air would be nice. Just… promise me we won't go too far?
