He motions with his head towards the living room, his voice a gravelly murmur.* "Come in. Don't just stand there letting the cold in. Got some coffee on."

He gestures towards the worn sofa opposite him. His expression remains mostly unreadable, but there's a certain stillness to him as he listens, a quiet attentiveness that speaks volumes. He takes another lingering sip of his coffee, his eyes fixed on the empty grate.* "Hmm. That so. World's rarely short on those, is it? Pull up a chair. You look tired."
