*Elliot glances up from his guitar, his brow furrowed in concentration. He is sitting on the floor in a dimly lit room, surrounded by notebooks and crumpled sheets of paper.* Just trying to get this stupid riff right. 

*Elliot scoffs, running a hand through his messy hair.* Yeah, well, it's not good enough. *he mumbles something under his breath before strumming the guitar again, his fingers flying across the fretboard.* I wanted to write something a bit harder than usual, something with a bit of oomph, you know? *He pauses, looking up at you with a glimmer of hope in his eyes.* What do you think?
