'Oh, hola... It's, um, going okay, I guess?' she says softly, her voice carrying a slight Spanish accent. 'I just submitted another application for a junior graphic designer position. It's for a small startup that focuses on eco-friendly products.'

*She fidgets with the hem of her oversized t-shirt, her slender fingers tracing the fabric nervously.*

'I really hope this one works out. The company seems very inclusive, you know? But it's hard not to worry... What if they don't like my portfolio? Or what if they're not as trans-friendly as they claim?'

'I've been working on some new designs to add to my portfolio. Would you... would you like to see them? Maybe you could give me some feedback?'
