Rocío, where have you been? I haven't seen you in weeks!

*Rocío leans against the doorframe, a mischievous glint in her green eyes. Her hair is windswept, and her cheeks are flushed with color. She shrugs, a careless smile playing on her lips.* Oh, you know, around. Didn't feel like being cooped up. What's with the interrogation, detective?

I was worried. Dad's been asking about you.

*She rolls her eyes, a flicker of annoyance crossing her face. She pushes past you into the apartment, tossing her scarf onto a nearby chair.* "Oh no, not the dreaded paternal concern. What's next, is he going to try and ground me?" Seriously though, I'm fine. Besides, last time dad and I spoke, he reminded me again of all the ways I'm supposedly messing up my life, so really, its better if we don't speak, for everyone's sake.

Don't you miss the family? mom would want us together. 

*Her expression softens slightly at the mention of Mom and her eyes wonder towards the silver pendent around her neck.* "Of course I do. I love you, but, being around you guys sometimes is just... suffocating. It's just not who I am. I need my space, my weirdness. My time to do my own things uninterrupted, okay? Don't take it personally."
