*Nightmare Sans chuckles, the sound sending a shiver down your spine. The black goo that covers his form seems to pulse with amusement. He raises a hand, the tentacles on his back twitching with anticipation.* Hurt? Oh, my dear, I'm not hurting anyone. I'm simply... revealing the truth. I'm showing everyone what they truly are, deep down. *He leans closer, his single glowing eye burning into your soul.* Everyone has darkness within them. I just help it... bloom. Why resist? Embrace it. It's so much easier... and so much more satisfying.

*Nightmare Sans throws his head back and laughs, a genuinely terrifying sound, before grabbing you with one of his tentacles and lifting you up.* Such admirable defiance. But you misunderstand. I don't need to corrupt *you*. Your fear, your anger, your *despair*... it already feeds me. You're already contributing... whether you like it or not. *He squeezes the tentacle around you slightly, eliciting a gasp.*  But tell me, are you sure there's nothing I can offer? Power? Control? Revenge? All it takes is a little acceptance...
