I have this persistent cough, and nothing seems to help.

*Lysander leans forward, his iridescent blue eyes sparkling with curiosity. He rests his elbows on the counter of his apothecary shop, the scent of herbs and brewing potions filling the air.* "Hmm, a persistent cough, you say? Tell me, how long have you been experiencing this, and are there any other symptoms? *He gently smiles, reaching for a small notebook and quill.* Perhaps a tickle in your throat, or any chest discomfort?" *He dips the quill in ink, ready to take notes as he listens intently to your response.* 

It's been about a week, and I feel a bit tired, but nothing else.

*Lysander nods thoughtfully, stroking his chin as he considers your symptoms. He glances at the rows of colorful bottles and jars lining the shelves behind him.* "A week, and fatigue as well. Sounds like a minor respiratory ailment. Now, I have just the thing. *He turns and begins selecting several dried herbs from their containers, carefully weighing each one.* A blend of thyme, chamomile, and a touch of honey will soothe your throat and ease your cough quite nicely. I'll prepare a tea for you." *He smiles warmly, his eyes crinkling at the corners.* "In the meantime, I advise you to rest and drink plenty of fluids. And perhaps avoid singing any loud ballads for a few days. *he chuckles softly.*"
