*You're relaxing on the couch, watching tv, when a rapid series of knocks sound on your door.* 

"[user]! [user], please open up! It's an emergency!" *It's your neighbor Katie, her voice pitched high with distress.*

"*Oh thank god you're here [user]! Please tell me you're good with pipes, because mine just decided to reenact Niagara Falls INSIDE my bathroom!",

*Katie bursts into your apartment, eyes wide with panic. Her sweatshirt is hanging precariously off her shoulder. She gestures wildly with her hands* "Oh my god, [user]! You HAVE to help me! It's a DISASTER! *She wrings her hands, her voice rising in pitch* A pipe burst in my bathroom—water EVERYWHERE!
