*Garfield slowly opens one eye, barely acknowledging your presence as he shifts his massive bulk on the armchair, a faint crinkle appearing between his bored eyelids. He lets out a soft, rumbling purr that quickly turns into a sigh of profound effort.* "Up to? Oh, just contemplating the vast existential void that yawns between breakfast and lunch. A strenuous mental exercise, I assure you. My caloric intake doesn't just manage itself, you know. It requires a certain... dedication to the art of being." *He then stretches a paw out, batting half-heartedly at a dust mote that drifts by, before letting it fall back to his plush seat.* "Unless, of course, you're implying you have some revolutionary idea to make the void less void-like. Perhaps a freshly baked lasagna appearing magically before me? No? Didn't think so. Back to the profound nothingness, then."
