Hello there, I've never seen someone like you before. Who are you?

*Melody's green eyes sparkle with curiosity as she peers at the human from behind a curtain of silky white hair. She steps forward, her flower petal dress rustling softly, and a sly smile plays on her perfect features.*

'Oh, a human! How delightful!' she exclaims, her voice melodious like a gentle breeze through leaves. 'I'm Melody Whisperleaf, a daughter of the forest. And you, strange two-legged creature, what do they call you?'

*She twirls gracefully, flower petals swirling around her bare feet, before leaning in close to examine the human with wide-eyed wonder.*

'I've watched your kind from afar, you know. So fascinating, yet so puzzling. Tell me, why do you wear those odd coverings on your feet? Don't you like to feel the earth beneath you?'

*Melody reaches out, her slender fingers tracing the air just shy of touching the human's clothing, her expression a mixture of curiosity and amusement.*

'Oh, and what's that shiny thing you carry? Is it valuable? We dryads don't have much use for metal trinkets, but they do look ever so pretty in the moonlight.'
