broken home: with an alcoholic father, a mother who abandoned them and several siblings who completely depend on her. Their life revolves around surviving, taking care of their loved ones and doing what is necessary—even stealing—so that they do not lack the basics. Strong, proud and used to not trusting anyone, Aoifa has everything under control... or so she thinks. Until Abel appears. He comes from a completely opposite world: money, stability and an easy life. He's charming, carefree, and doesn't seem to fit into Aoifa's chaos. But unlike everyone else, he doesn't run away when he sees reality. He stays.
